Microsoft has a free add-in for the Office 2007 suite that allows you
to export any office document to PDF. You just need to download the add-in from here and install it. You will then see an option to “Save As” PDF from the "Save As” menu.
This is a great way to get any Office document into PDF format, and best of all, its free!
Unfortunately this add-in will not work in previous versions of Office (2003, XP or 2000).
